Bonavia Real Estate Advisory was born from the wish to offer a complete, 360-degree service to a luxury clientele: from valuation to signature, from search to managing the home after purchase. The office is in Portopiccolo; the territory runs from the marina to the old town of Trieste and the Upper Adriatic coast.

We handle a few listings at a time, chosen for quality and position: positioning, bespoke brochures, international marketing in four languages, negotiation. No catalogue, no automation — every property has a story and a person in charge.

We work with Italian, Austrian, German and Hungarian buyers looking for a second home by the sea, or an investment, where the Adriatic meets Central Europe.
